If for any reason the Customer is not satisfied with his/her purchase, unworn items can be returned, subject to authorization, no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal or to exchange goods, the product must be returned intact, in its original packaging and with the paper security device.
RETURN AND REFUNDS INSTRUCTIONS
To request a return authorization, you must send an email to info@mariospatarella.com indicating the order number and the type of compensation desired. Once this is done, you must wait for approval from Mario Spatarella.
RETURN / SHIPPING METHODS
Return shipments will be handled exclusively by our express courier GLS or DHL, otherwise the shipment will be refused. The cost of €10.00 will be deducted from the subtotal price at the time of refund. We will take care of requesting the courier to pass by at the agreed place and date. All the Customer will have to do is print the waybill that we will send you by email and affix it legibly on the package.

- Return shipping from all other destinations outside of Italy is entirely at the buyer's expense, both in the case of exchange and return.
REIMBURSEMENT
The refund procedure of the final price will be carried out within 14 days of the arrival of the return at the Mario Spatarella warehouse and after the goods have been carefully checked.
For orders paid by Credit Card / Paypal / PostPay / Scalapay or by bank transfer the amount will be refunded to the original account. For orders paid by cash on delivery the Customer can choose how to be refunded but always and only by electronic payment or bank transfer.
WHEN THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL EXPIRES
- For products that are not intact or damaged or without tags.
- Products partially used or with evident leather grain.
- 14 days (weekdays and holidays) have passed from the delivery date (in case of collection on site, the terms will be counted from the order fulfillment).
In these cases, the return will not be accepted by Mario Spatarella and will be returned to the recipient with the burden of all transport costs.
