IS REGISTRATION REQUIRED TO PLACE AN ORDER?
No. You can also purchase as a guest.
However, it will be necessary to enter the data needed for sending.
- WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
Orders received before 12:00 will be processed the same day, otherwise within the following 24 hours.
Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the first available working day.
- WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?
Delivery times are dependent on the destination areas of the products.
In Italy delivery is approximately expected in 1/2 working days.
In Europe, delivery is approximately expected within 4/5 working days.
In the rest of the world, delivery is approximately expected within 5/7 working days.
- CAN I SCHEDULE DELIVERY?
It is not possible to schedule delivery, however it is always possible to add notes to the courier regarding times or telephone notifications.
- HOW DO I FIND OUT THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
When the order is processed, an email is sent indicating the shipment tracking.
By connecting to the dedicated links you can track your delivery. If you have not received the email, check your spam or contact us.
- HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING AND RETURNS COST?
Shipping costs €5. Shipping is free for orders over €99.
The first size change is free.
The cost for the Cash on Delivery payment method is €6.
The return costs €10. It is necessary to send an email to info@mariospatarella.com with prior authorization.
