MARK:
The customer can pay directly in cash to the courier upon delivery the entire amount of the order. This amount will be increased by 6 (six) euros, for insurance to the courier. Cash on delivery is only available on Italian territory. By selecting this payment method, the Customer will receive a message where we will ask to confirm the purchase. In case of collection of the order in store, this payment is not allowed.

BANK TRANSFER:
The customer can choose to pay by Bank Transfer. The order request will be confirmed by an email sent by our Customer Service, which will send you the IBAN and bank details for the transfer. By selecting this payment method, the Customer will receive a message where we will ask to confirm the purchase by sending a copy of the payment. The goods will be set aside waiting for the transfer to arrive on our account (also check the spam box). The customer is asked to send a copy of the payment by email within 24 hours of receiving the order confirmation. If the payment is not received after 24 hours, the order will be cancelled.
