Mario Spatarella ships to Italy, Europe and the rest of the world via express courier service
All goods shipped by Mario Spatarella are carefully packaged. Together with the shipped goods Mario Spatarella will insert in the package the transport receipt and a gift.
*for amounts under €99.00 shipping to Italy costs €5.00
*Europe €20.00/30.00 depending on the country
*for shipments outside the EU or where required, sending the EORI code is mandatory
(returns due to lack of data will result in a refund minus shipping costs)
FREE INSURANCE
Mario Spatarella covers all shipments with a free insurance against theft and/or accidental damage. The insurance remains valid until the moment of delivery of the goods.
DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times are dependent on the destination areas of the products.
- In ITALY (DDP): delivery usually takes place within 24/48 hours although it is indicatively expected within 72 hours.
- European EU countries (DDP): delivery is approximately expected within five/seven (5/7) working days from shipment.
- Non-EU European Countries (DDU): delivery is approximately expected within five/seven (5/7) working days from shipment.
It is also specified that for shipments to non-EU countries, transport costs are exempt from VAT and that customs duties are paid by the recipient and never included in the cost of shipping.
- Rest of the World: delivery is approximately expected within seven/ten (7/10) days from shipment with Express Service.
- For orders subject to customs inspection when applicable, times are subject to local customs clearance.
The times as indicated are indicative and not binding. Mario Spatarella does not assume blame, as he is not directly responsible, for any delays due to unforeseen logistical issues, customs controls or causes of force majeure.
During sales or promotions and on the days preceding holidays, shipments may take longer.
ORDERS AND FULFILMENT
Customers can view all order details by consulting the order confirmation email we sent them.
If you have an account, you can view all the information by accessing the "orders" section.
All orders duly filled out and paid for will be processed within one/two working days. All shipments leave from Mario Spatarella, only on working days, from Monday to Friday, from 9.00 to 12.00. Orders placed between Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
ITEM AVAILABILITY
If the item you ordered is back in stock and therefore not immediately available, you will be contacted by our customer care and informed of shipping times.
TRACK YOUR SHIPMENT ONLINE
Mario Spatarella offers its Customers a shipping service that can be tracked at any time, thanks to the service provided by the couriers. The Customer will receive an email confirming the shipment of the goods with the tracking code that will allow him to check the progress of his shipment at any time. (also check the spam box). It is not possible to ask to schedule the delivery time or to be called before delivery.
DELIVERY CONDITIONS
Once the goods have been delivered, it is the Customer's responsibility to carefully inspect the package before signing the delivery confirmation document. If the package appears to be tampered with or not intact, the Customer can sign the delivery confirmation document with reservations or refuse delivery. Any anomalies must be promptly reported to the delivery person and to Mario Spatarella by sending an email to our customer service info@mariospatarella.com. If the Customer refuses delivery of the goods, any shipping costs necessary for returning the package to Mario Spatarella will be deducted from the refund due to the Customer. If for any reason the shipment is not delivered to the address provided by the Customer at the time of registration, the package will be returned to Mario Spatarella at the Customer's expense. In this case, Mario Spatarella will deduct this amount from any refund due to the Customer.
